School Calendar

Our Parents association have  produced a school calendar for 2017. This initiative has been very successful over the years. The children were delighted to see themselves and their class mates on the cover. The calendar can be a lovely graphic record of the childrens journey through school. Thanks to everyone who supported the parents association and the school by purchasing the calendar.

Christmas Shoe Box Appeal

We took part in the annual Christmas Shoe Box appeal which is an initiative that was set up to give gifts to children in some of the poorest and remotest parts of our world.  Our Families were so generous again this year. We donated 54 shoe boxes which will be delivered to children  in hospitals, schools, shelters, churches, orphanages, community centres or family homes.

Halloween Project

Our theme for this year was "Creatures of the night".  As always the materials used for the project had to be reused or recycled. We are astonished by the creativity of the children and their families. It's amazing  to see things that  can be created from old objects found around the house!! Check our the projects in our gallery section.

Snag Golf

Snag Golf  was a great success again this year. The children really enjoyed it & the programme helped develop their hand-eye coordination, balance and team work. It also gave them an opportunity to acquire new skills and was a fun introduction to the game of golf.

Nestled at the foot of the McGillycuddy reeks, our school is situated between Killorglin and Killarney in the Parish of Beaufort. Because the school is located in the west of the parish we receive children from the parishes of Beaufort and Killorglin.
